Besides covering the essential grammar and vocabulary, I try to tailor each lesson to my students’ individual needs, challenges and interests. Together, we will work on your speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills while paying close attention to the rules and nuances of the language. I believe that a solid understanding of grammatical categories is crucial for mastering any language, so I make sure that each lesson includes some theoretical elements for us to look at.
Instead of working with a specific textbook, I create and curate all study materials myself. Since every student comes with a different starting point and unique learning goals, I prefer adapting each lesson to fit each individual I’m working with and not following any pre-made lessons from a book. In my view, language learning is not one-size-fits-all, and my method of working allows for a highly personalised approach. Think of it as having a personal trainer, but for your language skills.
