WHAT I RECEIVE
Information you choose to share
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message. When you submit a review, I receive your name, email address and the review itself.
Messages submitted through the contact form are stored privately in WordPress and sent to my business email address. Reviews are held for moderation and are never published automatically. Your email address is never displayed with a review.
If you contact me through WhatsApp or email, those services process the information you send according to their own privacy policies.
WHY IT IS USED
Responding and providing lessons
I use the information you provide to answer enquiries, arrange and provide lessons, prepare proposals, manage the teaching relationship and moderate reviews. I do not sell your personal information.
Approved reviews may remain visible on the website until you ask me to remove them. Other messages and contact details are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, administration or legal obligations.
COOKIES
Necessary and optional analytics
The website uses necessary technical storage so that WordPress, forms and your privacy choice can function correctly. These features do not require advertising cookies.
Optional analytics may be used to understand which pages are visited and how the website performs. Analytics storage is denied by default and is only enabled when you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie notice. You can reopen the cookie settings from the footer at any time.

Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what personal information I hold about you, request a correction or deletion, object to certain uses, or withdraw a previous consent. Send your request to info@orbistertius.nl.
